Pineapple Rum

RUM INFUSED WITH ORGANIC PINEAPPLE

A light tropical rum. Just dried organic pineapple infused with rum. Nothing else.A fruity pineapple infusion.

Available in 20cl (£16) and 50cl (£27).
ABV: 40%

Taste

An almost Sherry sweetness, with some mellow toffee and subtle caramel notes

Pineapple Rum Cocktail

Pineapple Daiquiri

  • 50ml WESTER Pineapple Rum
  • 25ml Lime Juice
  • 15ml Pineapple Juice
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Pineapple Wedge

PREPARATION

  1. Combine all ingredients in an ice filled shaker and shake until chilled.

  2. Strain into coupe glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
