Chocolate Rum

RUM INFUSED WITH DOMINICAN COCOA HUSKS

Expect rich dark cocoa flavours with bitter chocolate notes. This rum works brilliantly in a White Russian style cocktail or with some ginger beer. It also works great served neat over ice with a light rum kick followed by a long dark chocolate aftertaste.

Available in 20cl (£16) and 50cl (£27).

Chocolate Rum Cocktail

White Russian

  • 50ml WESTER Chocolate Rum
  • 25ml Coffee Liqueur such as as Kahlua, Tia Maria
  • 30ml Milk

PREPARATION

  1. Add ice to serving glass and pour over chocolate rum and coffee liqueur.

  2. Add milk on top and stir gently.
