Wester has been distilling and blending in Glasgow’s industrial heartland since 2018. But being surrounded by history doesn’t mean we do things the old-fashioned way. Far from it. Instead, we like to put a modern twist on the traditional. Bucking the trend and being bold. Respecting the past but moving forward. Making new rules, not following the old school.
Grafting the right way
Following our own path doesn’t mean we cut corners. For starters, we import only the finest authentic rums from the shores of Jamaica and Guyana.
We then carefully blend every drop of our flavoursome, exotic spirit right here at Wester. The result? Sublime tropical flavour with a no-nonsense Scottish spin.

You’re a responsible drinker. We’re a responsible distiller. As a zero-waste business, all our waste is re-purposed. Plus, our energy comes from 100% renewable sources and our packaging is 100% recyclable. So, we’re doing our bit to save the planet. Promoting a spirit of togetherness, you might say.
